Data Mapping
We identify where each type of data is stored in your existing system and determine where it belongs in the new platform.
Customer records, contacts, jobs, notes, documents, photos, estimates, contracts, inventory, and other information are carefully mapped to the appropriate fields and records. This reduces surprises and helps ensure your data remains organized and usable after the move.

Data Cleaning
Once the data has been mapped, we assess its quality and prepare it for migration.
This may include identifying duplicate records, correcting errors, completing missing fields, standarizing formats, and repairing broken relationships between records. Any proposed deletion, merging, or exclusion of data is reviewed before changes are made.
Clean data is essential because inaccurate information transferred into a new system will continue producing inaccurate results.

Test Migration
Before moving the complete database, we conduct a controlled test migration using a representative sample of your data.
The test allows us to confirm that records are transferred to the correct locations, relationships remain intact, files can be accessed, and the new system displays the information as expected. Any issues are corrected before the final migration begins.

Data Migration
Once the test results have been validated, we complete the full migration using a structured and documented process.
We transfer the approved contacts, customer records, jobs, notes, photos, estimates, quotes, contracts, inventory, and other required data. Final checks are then completed to confirm that the information is accurate, accessible, and ready for your team to use.
